Event Hosting Terms and Conditions
*We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Deposit & Refund Policy
A $50.00 Administrative & Booking Fee along with a Fifty Percent (50%) Deposit is required to secure all dates and times for Event Reservations. Failure to pay remaining balance will result in a forfeit of deposit. A guaranteed payment method of Debit or Credit Card is the accepted payment methods. All Payments and Deposits are Non-Refundable. *Orders $300.00 and below Must be paid in full to reserve services for dates requested.
Event Hosting Agreement
All Event Reservations require a signed Event Hosting Service Agreement.
All final payments (remaining balances) are due 14 days (Two Weeks) prior to the date of the event.
Outside Food and Drinks
No outside food or beverages are allowed. Only the venue can bring (or take out) food and beverages. (For Events)
The client must keep all Intellectual Property of Mustard Seed BBQ Confidential.
A final guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days before the event. The client can increase the guest count 5 business days before the event. The additional cost for the extra guests will be billed separately and is due upon receipt.
