We Would Love To Host Your Special Events

Whether you want to dine in, celebrate your birthday or have an event, we would love to have you!

 We offer our space to you with No Cost for the Venue for your Birthday Celebrations or Special Events. However, there is a Minimum Requirement of 25 People for us to host your event and you are responsible for upfront payment for food for the total guests that will be attending your event. All Event Reservations require a $100.00 Reservation Fee along with upfront payment for the food costs for a minimum of 25 people to reserve the venue for the date and time requested. For Guest with parties of 24 and below, reservations are not taken. We welcome you to come in.

Event Hosting Minimum Requirements & Refund Policy

A Minimum of 25 People is required for us to host your event with a reservation.  Food for the party must be paid for in advance for the minimum of 25 people.  If you are having more than 25 people, the difference for the guests must be paid at the time of your reservation request to finalize the reservation.  A guaranteed payment method of Debit or Credit Card is the accepted payment methods. All Payments are Non-Refundable.

Event Hosting Agreement

All Event Reservations require a signed Event Hosting Service Agreement.

Event Catering Policy

Food for a minimum of 25 people must be paid for in advance with a choice of 2 Meats and 2 Sides.  Should you wish to have more guests, the food must be paid for in advance for the guests.

Outside Food and Drinks

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Only the venue can bring (or take out) food and beverages. (For Events)

Confidentiality

The client must keep all Intellectual Property of Mustard Seed BBQ Confidential.

Guarantee

A final guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days before the event. The client can increase the guest count 5 business days before the event. The additional cost for the extra guests will be billed separately and is due upon receipt.

For your convenience, We Accept Online Payments. All Major Credit/Debit Cards Accepted. Payment In Full Is Required.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are not finalized until payment in full is received for all parties. Should you like to have an event exceeding 25 people, the difference must be paid in full the day of the reservation request. Upon receipt of your completed request and payment, you will receive all correspondence via email regarding your request within 24-48 hours upon receipt.

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Reservations

A minimum of 24 - 48 hours notice.
A Non Refundable Reservation fee of $100.00 must be paid in addition to food cost for a minimum of 25 people at $22.00 per person.
No. The Mustard Seed Barbeque is a Restaurant and it is against our standard operations to charge guests to enter our establishment.
The total number of guests is a requirement to provide to us in order to accommodate the guests along with being properly prepared. Use your best estimate and a final count is required prior to the date of the event.
No. Per The Mustard Seed Barbeque's Deposit and Refund Policy All Payments and Deposits are Non-Refundable.
